We develop a specific advertising and marketing plan for their aircraft. We screen and qualify potential buyers, arrange showings and demonstrations. Each offer is fully disclosed and discussed with our clients. We are present during pre-purchase inspections as their representative. We provide the necessary sales contracts and preparation and filing of FAA documents to insure a successful and hassle free transaction. Corporate Wings also has a policy of not representing similar types of aircraft at the same time so you never have to worry about our exclusive representation of your aircraft!

Corporate Wings is an aircraft acquisition company. We have no affiliation or allegiance to particular aircraft, or manufacturers. We represent only our clients in total unbiased and fair manner. We evaluate and analyze their needs and requirements, then make recommendations based on those results. This eliminates costly acquisition mistakes and insures client satisfaction. With our aircraft market knowledge we are able to present our clients with a selected choice of aircraft, and an extensive evaluation of each one. We then prepare an offer on the selected aircraft and arrange for a pre-purchase inspection at a reputable maintenance facility to verify its maintenance status, airworthiness, discrepancies, maintenance history and standards and future maintenance requirements. We will also so provide assistance in contracts, legal issues, trade-ins, financing, “IRS Like Kind Exchanges”. We cam also assist in negotiating and supervising completion, avionics and maintenance work you may wish to be accomplished on your new aircraft prior or after delivery. We can provide assistance helping evaluate and select a management company or pilots if the need arises.

Corporate Wings has the ability to help you with current aircraft if you need to trade it on your new aircraft. We do not buy aircraft ourselves and thus have no hidden agenda regarding your trade. Our extensive industry contacts allow us to find a buyer for your aircraft to facilitate a trade and our experience allow us to help in IRS 1031 tax free exchanges.

If our clients find that a lease is the most advantageous method of aircraft acquisition, we can make all the necessary arrangements for the leasing of whatever type of aircraft they desire and for lease periods of 6 months to 5 years or longer.
